The bad side of Celebration !

Kil 3am wentaw ebkhair .. wallah etamem 3alaina kil sina ya rab :)

Am sitting here bel shalih .. watching the sea waves from the window .. when my familly called me to sit out side and see people celebrating and having fun .. and maybe take some pictuers !

i said no thanx .. maley khilg el9ai7a ! bas lazimaw 3alay .. so i said fine .. lets go

Each one grapped a chair and went out side elshalaih .. close to the road and watch people having fun and laugh at the kids spraying foam on the passing cars .. and on each other :)

this innocent fun is what we are looking for !

but am gonna talk about the other side of this celebration !

starting with water guns filled with some kind of weird and dangerous mixtures!!

I mean come on!!! Last year one of my cousins was hospitalized because of one idiot sprayed some mixture on his eyes!! bagha yen3emeee !!! Ma sowat 3alaih maskeeen !!

And let’s not forget to mention ely e7athfoon baith!!! ya3ni al7een hathy wanasa?! oooh and the water balloons !! or let me correct that .. Paint ballos ! yes paint !!!!!

I remember one of my friends telling me that one guy threatened her with his water gun.. Telling her take my number or am gonna spray you with the neer !! (Hair removal)!! khoooosh e7tefal walla !!

People grow up.. ! There is a HUGE different between celebrating and torturing or harassing other people!

Kuwait 'snow blizzards' end

Festivities continued for a second day yesterday as revelers thronged the Arabian Gulf Road and Subhan to celebrate Kuwait's National Day and Liberation Day. According to police officials, no serious violations took place, but well-informed sources told Kuwait Times that a 13-year-old Kuwaiti boy was hit by a car and was killed on the Gulf Road. Also, hospital records show that about six people were blinded after they were sprayed in the eyes with unknown substances. Revelers usually spray passersby with snowy foam, but these sprays can be dangerous and can cause serious injuries to those hit in the eyes or mouth.Authorities this year tried to lessen traffic along the Gulf Road by setting up roadblocks and attempted to shift celebrations to Subhan. This was the first time the Ministry of Interior designated an area as the official location for parades and for people to celebrate. "We have the freedom to spray other cars and pedestrians here without having the police confiscating our sprays or water guns. Everybody is having fun and we are happy. Furthermore, everyone who came here came for fun and nobody entered here by mistake, unlike on the Gulf Road," Khadeeja, a 30-year-old reveler, told Kuwaiti Times.The new location attracted thousands of people but traffic jams on the Gulf Road were huge, as crowds still thronged the seaside avenue. "There are people living close to the Gulf Road and there are entertainment places, restaurants, cafes, and other important establishments located on this road, so we need to have it free from traffic. The celebrations have forced us to close parts of the Gulf Road for certain periods of time," said Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs Lieutenant General Yousif Al-Suoudi.As people working in the government sector had a five-day vacation, people began celebrating since Thursday. In chalets near Bneider and Mina Abdulla, revelers pelted balloons filled with water at passersby. Hung-over revelers head to work today, after the holidays ended yesterday.
